This 3-unit course focuses on the roles, functions, and surrounding elements of management and administration of databases. You will advance and apply your technical skills and understanding in the administration of databases including open-source, free, and proprietary data platforms. The course shall expose students in analysis, diagnosis, maintenance, and security of the key and crucial data assets every organization need towards data-driven management decision-making and organization outcomes.
